2014 – Coffee Morning
This year Coffee Morning had an excellent attendance despite the terrible weather and the new parking restrictions within Greenock Town Centre.
A big thank you goes to Christine MacLeod (Senior Vice President) and her team who made all of the preparations and worked tirelessly to ensue it was a success.
Yet again, the Mother Club is indebted to Aulds Bakery for donating the cake.
Not forgetting our piper, Rachael McDaid, who entertained the visitors as they entered the Town Hall.
This years theme was the Highland Mary Monument, which is currently under renovation.
The golden Hours, on angel wings,
Flew o’er me and my Dearie;
For dear to me as light and life
Was my sweet Highland Mary.
The proceeds from the Coffee Morning will go to funding the 2015 Inverclyde School Burns Supper.
